  1. Hi awesome information. I used to use melatonin to fall asleep and stay asleep before. Insomnia is not fun and melatonin helped me greatly with that. Your site is very interesting keep it up

  2. Hey Norleila great post. I was thinking about using a melatonin supplement and this has all the info I need. I was wondering about prolonged use and side effects and you covered that too.

    I might try a supplement for a bit to see if it can get that body clock working how it should. Great to see the products aren’t too expensive as well.

    One question: Which one of the above do you think is best? Or does it depend on personal circumstances?

      Glad that I could share some info on melatonin as sleep aid. The consequences of lacking in sleep could be disastrous as it could affect our immune system.
      So, if you’re having problem with your sleeping pattern, you can take melatonin to help correct the biological clock.

  3. Very interesting article Norleila, I learned a lot from it. I know I sleep less than I should. After working shifts for 23 years my “clock” has been a bit out of sync. Melatonin sounds like a good thing to try.
