Hello Norleila,
Thank you for sharing this information. It is good to see a medical doctor that believes that nutritional medicine is the first line of healing for people. I see that you mention she describes diets to improve liver health for people with fatty liver, Hepatitis C and B. Do you know if she talks about people with cirrhosis of the liver? Other than the obvious to stop drinking alcohol, I understand that cirrhosis of liver may also be caused by other health issues, do you know if she talks about these topics in her book? Thank you for introducing this information, I started watching her video and it sounds informative, I’ll be finishing it at a later date.

Hello Norleila,
I love your post about liver cleansing diet. I will check Dr Sandra Cabot’s book. It seems that this book is a comprehensive guide how to live a healthier life. It is great that there are recipes and meal ideas, as well as guidelines on how to change eating habits.
I have cleaned my liver by using a method of dr. Hulda Clark and from time to time have a diet for detoxing the organism. This book will support my healthy lifestyle, so thank you for this post.
Kind regards, Tamara
Hello there,
Thanks for the great info!
I’m also a health advocate and I always look for alternative healing practices, new ways of eating as well as thinking. I tend to put myself forward as a guinea pig in the name of wellbeing and happiness. I’ll give it a go!
Any idea if you feel a bit weak the first few days? If you do, how do you suggest dealing with it?
Thanks!
Thank you for the post. I am sure this book will benefit those who are willing to follow outlined instructions and are familiar with the saying “no pain- no gain”.
Liver is a facility in human bodies where majority of toxins are either removed or neutralized. Certainly, at this day and age, toxins created by poor dietary choices are just half of disaster.
Two things that the liver is really scared of are heavy metals and radiation. Heavy metals such as lead and mercury leach from industrial wastewaters into the farmfields where food is grown while radioactive elements are found in almost every electronic device most people use everyday.
Great recommendation – this book does sound awesome.
Our liver takes everyday beating from just about everything we consume. Especially the garbage fast food is awful for our livers – I’m not even gonna mention alcohol. Knowing how to detox properly od crucual.
Do you lnow if there is any guarantee from Mrs. Cabot about her book and recipes?
I never heard of this diet before but if you have liver problems or diabetes, it is something that should be looked into.
I know it’s all about what you are eating but I like that discusses about rejuvenating the liver by natural methods.
Losing weight is a big part of it too. How long do you have to follow this diet for?
